Exotic animals will be making an appearance at Lowe-Volk Park next weekend thanks to the camera lens of Jim Lyle.
The Lima resident will present a photographic wildlife journey beginning at 1 o’clock next Saturday afternoon.
Lyle is a world-wide traveler and backpacks with his camera by his side. Lyle’s exhibit is being billed as Nature Safari. Lyle’s recent work includes pictures of grizzly bears, polar bears, tigers, crocodiles, Komodo dragons and bald eagles.
Lyle’s favorite past time is photographing the black leopard and has been to the African continent over 15 times to capture the elusive cat in pictures. Lyle uses his camera to wildlife more familiar to Ohio residents as well.
